30-day promise
Not sipping happier? Return any unused product within 30 days for a full refund. Used-but-regretted is also fine within 14 days if it is clean.
How refunds work
Email support@puresip.example with your order ID (it starts with PS-). We send a prepaid label for defective items; otherwise returns ship to our returns center. Refunds land 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
Damaged or wrong item
We replace it immediately — send a photo and your order ID, no return needed for most cases.
