How long does PureSip keep drinks cold?
24 hours for cold drinks and 12 hours for hot, thanks to double-wall vacuum insulation. Filled with ice, you will still hear cubes rattling the next morning.
Is it really leak-proof?
Yes — the lid seals with a quarter-turn and a food-grade silicone gasket. It is designed to be tossed into a bag sideways, and it survives it.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
The body prefers a hand-wash (a bottle brush makes it a 30-second job); the lids are top-rack dishwasher-safe. Never microwave or freeze the bottle.
Does it fit in cup holders?
The 500ml and Tumbler fit standard car cup holders. The 750ml fits most — measure if yours is snug.
What is your return policy?

Do the lids interchange?
They do. The Straw Lid and Sports Cap both screw onto any PureSip Bottle, so one bottle can be a gym bottle, a coffee companion, and a desk companion.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is $4.99 and free on orders over $40. Express (1–2 business days) is $9.99.
